ALPHA2025 Event Registration
This is the event registration page for NHWB2024 and PH-WASH2024. These two sister events will be held jointly at WINC Aichi in Nagoya, Japan on Friday and Saturday, November 29-30, 2024.

Kindly use this application form to pre-register for your attendance as an oral, poster or virtual presenter or as an audience participant.

Prior to making your registration payment, please fill out the following information and then click the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page.

  • Section I: Registration Form

  • Capitalize the First Letter Only of Each Name (i.e. Kim Wang).

  • Section II: Email Policy and Contact Details

  • The email address your university issued to you for your own use.
  • Capitalize the first letter only of each word (i.e. Center University)

  • Section III: Registration Information

  • Only for oral, poster and virtual registrants.
  • (1) International Bank Transfer requires a handling fee. (2) The onsite fee is 25,000 JPY payable in cash only.

  • Section IV: Participant Biography

    Please provide a 100 word biography about yourself (i.e. your position, research interest, associations, etc). Do not include personal information related to hobbies or family.

  • Section V: Important Reminders

  • The registration fee does not include transportation, hotels, meals nor does it imply responsibility to provide support for visa paperwork for overseas applicants.
  • Dubious applications are deleted without notice or warning.

  • Section VI: Invitation Letter Policy

  • There are two types of invitation letters: a PDF acceptance letter with an invitation to present, which the organizers provide free-of-charge to all accepted proposals; the second type is a formal invitation letter for travel, which requires additional fees due to the complexity of the application.
