DESIGNER APPLICATION: CANADA JULY 2025
Thank you for your interest in the KCFW Adventures Land Adventure 2025! We are excited to take the KCFW Runway and travel the world with it.
Application Deadline: December 31, 2024
Must be 18 by travel date of July 24, 2025.
You are applying for a limited availability Designer opportunity with KCFW Adventures. This is a collaborative shoot between models, designers, photographers, and stylists. We are certain this will be an incredible "working vacation" for all involved and will create lasting memories.
Travel Dates: July 24 - 28, 2025
Models will receive 3 official photoshoots in total during the adventure.
Additional photoshoots will be at the discretion of the photographers.
PAYMENT INFORMATION/SCHEDULE:
All pricing is based on a QUAD OCCUPANCY. If you would like single or double occupancy, pricing will be higher.
Trip Total: $1000
This will include Lodging in Banff, Transportation to Shoot Locations, and giveaways.
If selected all payments will be made to KCFW Adventures PayPal, and KCFW Adventures will book your hotel and photoshoot transportation.
KCFW will not cover flights, food, or additional sightseeing you would like to participate in. KCFW will, however, share plans for meals and travel should you want to join the staff.
Upon Acceptance - $50 due. This will be paid via a PayPal invoice from KCFW Adventures. This is non refundable, but will count towards total balance due.
August 15th - $250 due. This will be paid via a PayPal invoice from KCFW Adventures.
October 15th - $100 due. This will be paid via a PayPal invoice from KCFW Adventures.
November 15th - No payments due, but no refunds of paid dues to this point.
December 15th - $100 due. This will be paid via a PayPal invoice from KCFW Adventures.
February 15th - $100 due. This will be paid via a PayPal invoice from KCFW Adventures.
April 15th - $200 due. This will be paid via a PayPal invoice from KCFW Adventures.
May 15th - No payments due, but no refunds of paid dues to this point.
June 15th - Final $200 due. This will be paid via a PayPal invoice from KCFW Adventures.

CONTRIBUTOR LIMITED LICENSE AND RELEASE
Company: KCFW Adventures, LC, Kansas City Fashion Week, LLC, its subsidiaries and related organizations.
Contributor: You as a volunteer, assistant, photographer, model or style team member.
This release applies to 2024/2025 Company events, including all castings, backstage activities, rehearsals, and all shows and events, including travel.
In consideration of good and valuable consideration herein acknowledged as adequate and received, I hereby grant Company an irrevocable, perpetual and unrestricted right, permission, and license to take, assign, use, re-use, publish, edit, sell, and republish videos, photographic portraits or pictures taken by me or of me, or in which I, or my work as an assistant, photographer, style team or model, may be included, in whole or in part, or reproductions thereof, made through any medium, and in any and all media now or hereafter known for print media and electronic media and distribution over the internet for illustration, sale, promotion of the Company or its sponsors, model, art, editorial, submission to media or trade magazines, or any other purpose.
I agree that I will not sell the images from this event.
I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Company, its heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, and all persons acting under its permission or authority or those for whom it is acting, from any liability for any injuries to myself. I also hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Company, its heirs, legal representatives, and assigns from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of such images as well as any publication of them, including without limitation any claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy.
I understand and agree that Company will not compensate me.
I have read the above authorization, release, and agreement, prior to its execution, and I am fully familiar with the contents of this document. This document shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
