APPLICATION FOR ADOPTION: JUST DOODLES RESCUE

JUST DOODLES AND FRIENDS DOG RESCUE:
We follow the laws and rules of Rhode Island and is licensed by Dept of Health Rhode Island. We are listed as a Non Profit Domestic Corporation.
Please fill out the application completely to be considered for adoption of one of our dogs. Our dogs are fostered in homes in Rhode Island. We do require the entire family and pet(s) to be present for meet and greets prior to adoption. We do check references prior to contacting you. Please be sure to tell your vet that we will be calling when you file an application.
PLEASE NOTE:
We all are volunteers and have a full time career, therefore, will only contact the person who we feel matches the needs of the dog to ensure a forever home. Please keep an eye on our FB page or rescue site for adoption updates.
You may make another application for another dog OR simply but dupicate names on one application.
If you are 100% ready to adopt a dog and meet all the criteria, please fill out our application. We do fully support all adoptions with advice, help, etc.

All our dogs are fully vetted with spay/neuter, rabies, fecal test, DHLPP and Kennel Cough vaccine. We are a Non Profit and Licensed through the State of Rhode Island for animal rescue.
