FEB 2025 NJ All-State Transportation Registration
Follow the steps below. Failure to do so may jeopardize your bus assignment!
1. Review the Frequently Asked Questions carefully (located on the NJMEA website).
2. Download, print, and have your parent/guardian sign the Permission Form (located on the NJMEA website) to be uploaded at the bottom of this form.
3. Fill out this online transportation form completely, upload the Permission Form, make your payment on the next page, to reserve your spot on the bus, and hit SUBMIT! Your payment will need to be finalized on the payment portal that you are directed to AFTER hitting the SUBMIT button.
**WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING CHECKS AND/OR BANK CHECKS.** (For special circumstances including partial payments, please email - NJallstatetransportation@gmail.com)
4. Once your payment and Permission Form are received and processed, you will receive a bus confirmation email. (PLEASE NOTE This may take up to 15 business days from the close of Transportation registration.)
5. Add NJallstatetransportation@gmail.com to your email address book. CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER for the bus confirmation.

  • Bus Confirmations are sent via email. Enter this address carefully and accurately! An incorrect address will jeopardize your bus assignment. Check your spam/junk mail folder for your confirmation!
  • If your child's return status changes, a signed note of permission must be handed to the bus chaperone on Thursday, February 20th. EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS WILL NOT SATISFY THIS REQUIREMENT!
