"My first job was with TSD Global. I've handled Save and Retention account for AT&T Small business. As a retention specialist, I need to save them from disconnecting their services from us by offering discounts or additional products that'll give them more benefits than what they were getting. Then after six
months, I transferred to Intelinet Global Services. I was a reservation specialist for Hilton Hotels. I reserve, modify and cancel reservations for the customers. Sometimes we need to help them find hotelsand suggest available hotel rooms.
After I resigned from Intelinet Global Services, I worked with Customer Contact Channels. I've handled Spirit Airlines Reservations. It was harder than Hilton Hotels reservations because sometimes we can't find a flight for them. It is sometimes frustrating because I know that I cannot give them the flights that they need on that day.
After working with Customer Contact Channels, I worked as a sales and billing representative for AT&T ISM Fiber and ISM Platinum. My original department was with ISM Fiber but was transferred to ISM Platinum afterward. I handled customers who want to have fiber service. I checked availabilities in their location and process their application. With ISM Platinum, I've taken calls from customers who were asking for billing explanations. Some didn't know how to read their bill. I need to walk them with their invoice and explain every charge on it. I also need to offer mobile phones and give them discounts and benefits if they get a new phone line from us.
I worked with CBE Companies as a Collection Representative for Verizon Wireless. With this account, I learned a lot. I learned how to sympathize more with my customers. As a collection representative, I need to ask them to pay for their wireless bill. We can set payment arrangements if they cannot settle to avoid disconnection of their service."
