GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSIONS

Submissions/Content for PRINT/WEB consideration should be submitted using this online application. If selected and accepted, The KCFW MAGAZINE staff will reach out for additional information.

When submitting please follow the guidelines within this application. KCFW MAGAZINE reserves the rights to Accept or Deny any submission received. Submissions are accepted at the sole discretion of KCFW MAGAZINE, based on space, content, quality, and relevance.

You will always retain the copyright to your images. By submitting work to KCFW MAGAZINE and agreeing to having it published, you are granting Kansas City Fashion Week, LLC the perpetual and absolute license to use your images in print, online, and social media platforms. Acknowledgement credits provided will be used whenever we use the images.

By submitting your editorial, you are attesting that you are the copyright holder of the image and written contents, and you have the absolute right to submit the contents for publication in KCFW THE MAGAZINE. You agree that KCFW THE MAGAZINE is authorized to edit your submission for publication purposes, and is free to accept all, or part of, your submission for publication. KCFW THE MAGAZINE is also authorized by you to resize your images to fit with needed magazine layout/design.

By submitting your editorial, you are specifically authorizing KCFW THE MAGAZINE to publish your work, grant it a perpetual and absolute license to publish your work in any of our publications, websites, marketing material, advertisements, videos, and any other media formats used in the creation, dissemination, and monetization of KCFW THE MAGAZINE content. KCFW THE MAGAZINE reserves the right to deny or accept any submission in its sole discretion for any reason whatsoever.

You will receive no compensation for submissions, or the publication of full or partial content of any kind except your publication in KCFW THE MAGAZINE and its affiliated outlets. Any expense or costs of your contribution are at your own risk and expense.

Your chances of publication will be increased if the content submitted to KCFW MAGAZINE has not been previously published in any other magazine, blog, website, Instagram, Facebook, or other social media platforms.

While we attempt to respond to all submissions and inquiries, we cannot guarantee we will do so. Please be patient as we review all submissions.
