NOTE: Deposit amount is the PER PERSON non-refundable room deposit amount listed on the Wedding Couple's or Group Leader's website or email PLUS the cost of any Travel Protection selected.

2. You will receive your itinerary showing initial deposit amount and final payment information upon finalization of your reservation.

3. Approximately 60 days prior to departure, you will receive an email asking you to verify your flight info (even if you have already sent this) please re-send it so the most up to date flight info for your airport transfers).

4. Approximately 2 weeks prior to departure, you will receive an email with your current itinerary and vital travel information.

Your trip is a significant investment, and we highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. If you choose to decline this valuable protection, you are assuming any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements due to cancellation or injury.

By declining to purchase travel insurance you fully understand that your travel agent is not liable or responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of cancellation, interruption, emergency medical and transportation, baggage and personal effects, flight and travel accident, and/or rental car physical damage. **VERY IMPORTANT** This form contains your Terms & Conditions for your travel plans. Please review to ensure your preferred travel dates, room category, passport names, birth dates are in order. By signing this form, you are acknowledging that all information provided is accurate and correct to the best of your knowledge. You are agreeing to all deposit and final payment terms as listed.

Initial Deposit: The initial minimum deposit to reserve your reservation is non-refundable.

PASSPORT: Please ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months longer than your intended travel time. It is your responsibility to obtain at your expense all documentation required by all relevant government authorities for travel, which may vary depending on citizenship status. Special documentation may be required for unaccompanied minors or children traveling without both parents. You may be denied boarding the aircraft if you do not have the proper required documentation. Liz Moore Destination Weddings Ltd will not be held responsible for incorrect documentation whatsoever.

FLIGHT ITINERARY: Check with the airline at least 24 hours prior to each departure to ensure your flight is departing as scheduled. Airlines recommend Check-In 3 hours before flight departures. Passengers who do not allow sufficient time for all Check-In procedures as specified by the Airlines may be denied boarding and no compensation will be provided for missed Flights.Liz Moore Destination Weddings Ltd does not accept any liability for missed connections or for any expenses resulting from delayed, rescheduled, oversold or cancelled flights.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE: Will vary & change frequently so you will need to contact the Airline you are traveling with directly to verify specific restrictions.

ENTRY & DEPARTURE TAXES: It is your responsibility to know and pay the appropriate amount of taxes to gain entry & departure of the countries you are planning on visiting. Most countries only take cash & typically USD.

GROUP BOOKINGS: If you are booked in a group and your group's size falls below the supplier's minimum requirements you agree to the possibility of a travel package increase.
