Please note, Dreamland Vacations Travel Co only offers all inclusive in Mexico & Caribbean (we do not book outside of these destinations)

**Revision examples include new destination, new travel dates etc. After 1st revision a new planning fee is required.

Our planning fee includes:
- A Quote for 3 all-inclusive resort options
- Managing payments
- Our time in planning,researching,negotiating and booking travel arrangements
- Our expertise
- During vacation support
- Pre-travel trip organization
- Delivery of trip documents 2-3 weeks prior to departure

Please understand that if you are in the research stage only it will not be possible to provide a full detailed quote. We are happy to provide general information where available.

Once your resort is selected, the wedding date secured by deposit (fee varies by property) and your room block secure – we will create a special link on our website with all of your event details. You will share this link with your guests and they will contact us directly to book. It is important that your guests all book through one source so that you will qualify for your wedding/group amenities.

We will answer all of their questions and take care of all the booking details including airfare and travel insurance. We will keep track of the guest list and keep you up to date on your guest count. Any special perks or incentives offered by the resort will be passed on to you!

Please note we are not wedding planners and while we can refer you to local vendors and contacts we do not get involved with the actual wedding planning. You will be responsible for all legal aspects of your wedding.

Terms Of Booking

Your submission for a quote request agrees that you understand that a booking is not final until a deposit is paid and room block contract is signed. Initial room block deposits MUST be submitted prior to 3pm CST. A Trip is not secured without a paid deposit and confirmation email. Pricing is subject to change at any time prior to deposit payment.

• Please ensure that you provide the most accurate information as possible.
• After providing a quote, the quote can only be modified ONCE before a new planning fee is required. This includes but is not limited to change of dates, change of travelers, change of locations, change of resort/hotel options, etc. Therefore, please consult with your party before submitting the form.
• All planning fees are final and non-refundable. Should you book elsewhere, choose to stop the planning process, decide to cancel your trip, this fee will not be retained.
• Planning fees do NOT go towards reservations.

While I LOVE what I do, I love having time with my loved ones too! As of October 1st,2022, my office hours are 9am- 9pm Mon-Fri, 12pm-5pm Sat. Any emails received outside these hours are subject to my availability. *
