2025 CAMP CARD PRIZE CLAIM FORM
Scouts may receive a $25.00 gift card for every 50 Camp Cards sold. Gift cards can be selected for the Tuckahoe Scout Shop or Camp Trading Post. Gift cards must be redeemed by December 31, 2026. The Unit Camp Card Chair or unit representative must enter and submit the information of their qualifying Scout below. The deadline to submit the prize form is June 6, 2025.
