2024/2025 Class Registration Form

READ EACH SECTION OF THIS FORM CAREFULLY WHEN FILLING IT OUT. THERE IS IMPORTANT INFORMATION THAT NEEDS TO BE NOTICED.

DO NOT USE AUTO FILL TO FILL OUT THIS FORM. It will not fill out the form correctly and you will have to re-submit another form.


All classes are held the on the same day. Show up time for sign in is at 7:45 a.m. for all LTC (License To Carry) and "Just The Laws" classes. Show up time for the Range Qualifying Only classes is 1:00 pm. The class room portion will begin at 8:00 a.m. sharp. Once the class starts, no more people will be admitted and will have to reschedule. The LTC Class classroom portion will be completed anywhere from 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. depending on class size. Once we complete the classroom portion, we will go to the on site range and qualify. We can not predict how long the qualifying will take but we will do everything possible to get everyone qualified quickly but safely.

License To Carry Handgun License Class Prices:

***If you want the cash option, your credit card will be charged a $25 security deposit that will be deducted from your final class price once we receive your registration form. The day of the class, you will need to bring cash for the exact class price amount minus the $25 deposit.

If you want the credit card option, the full class amount will be charged to your credit card once we receive the registration form.

$55 for standard citizens

$50 Veterans or Active Duty Military that want to qualify (must show proof of service the day of the class).

$40 for Active Duty Military, National Guard, Reservist, Uniformed Correctional Officers and Jailers who have qualified with their agency since they are not required to qualify on the range.

$40 LTC Range Qualification Only
(This class is for persons who have already taken the classroom portion of the LTC class and just need to qualify)

$25 "Just The Laws" Class
(This class is for those wanting to carry under the non permit carry law but still want to know the laws behind carrying legally and the use of deadly force)


Once you choose a class to attend, be sure to write down the address of the class, which is located next to the city and venue.

    $25 OF THE TOTAL CLASS PAYMENT IS A SEAT DEPOSIT WILL BE CHARGED WHETHER YOU CHOOSE THE CASH OR CREDIT CARD OPTION ONCE THIS FORM IS RECEIVED.

    For the cash option, the amount due at class is the final class price minus the $25 seat deposit.

    For the credit card option, the entire class price will be charged on your credit card.

  • PAYMENT INFORMATION:

  • If you purchase a seat in a class and cannot make the class, you may reschedule without having to repay if you notify us at least 12 hours, by phone (email and text messages are not allowed) before the start of the class so that we may notify the next person on the waiting list. If you want a refund, we will refund the cost of your class minus the $25 security deposit if you notify us at least 24 hours before the original class starts. If you reschedule, there are no refunds if you want to cancel. If you do not show up to class and do not notify us prior to the start time of your class or if you cancel 2 times, you will not get a refund and you will be required to submit a new registration form and will be required to pay again if you want to attend another class. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
