Requirements
• All food vendors must apply for a Temporary Food Service Permit through the Ledge Light Health District (LLHD)
• Inspections and permits will be conducted and issued on the event day.
• Vendors using generators need ABC fire extinguisher
• Vendors using oil need Type K fire extinguisher
NO Alcoholic Beverages are permitted.
Applicant agrees that their requested use of East Lyme Parks and Recreation park or event will be in accordance with the Parks and Recreation Commission’s policies and that the Town of East Lyme shall be held harmless from any claims for damages and Business agrees to indemnify the Town in the event of any claims for damages.
