• Passion and support of IASA and the insurance industry, including volunteer service
• Ability to identify opportunities for IASA growth and to provide value
• Knowledge of the organizational direction and strategic goals
• Diverse viewpoints, roles and experiences that balance existing advisory board
• Industry colleague recommendations (3 references from professional colleagues required)
