The Terre Haute City Council Comment Form is available for the public to submit comments or questions to the City Council members. All information is required to be completed.
PLEASE NOTE: Links to websites will only be accepted as part of your comments. Any forms submitted that only contain weblinks will be rejected. Any submissions as part of a sales inquiries, solicitations, etc. will be rejected as well.
There will be a daily limit of two (2) submissions.
