Community Report Form
This form is for any resident to report anything they see around the Student Housing community that is not conducive to a safe & academic environment. Submission of this form will be anonymous and no one will be alerted as to who submitted it.

If there is a criminal or medical emergency happening at the moment then please call the campus police at (972) 578-5555 instead.

    If this is a maintenance issue inside your unit then please use the Room Maintenance link above.
  • Please in detail give us all the information you can, or willing to give, about the violation/issue you saw. You can include names, places, specific areas, or units if you want. Again, this form submission will be totally anonymous and no one will be informed on who submitted it.
  • Let us know what's going on in your building. Whether you want to report a building safety issue, anonymously report a resident violating the lease, or give kudos to someone.
