Orienteering SA: 2025 Sports Voucher Application
Parents can apply on behalf of each student in their family (Aged 5-15 (Reception to Year 9) in 2025 Year of birth 2010-2020 ). A separate form must be filled in for each student
The information below is required by the SA Government before approval can be given. A reduction up to the value of Junior membership per child ($40) in membership in any orienteering club in South Australia is available.
If joining or renewing simply select one of the reduced Sport Voucher membership options. The voucher value will automatically reduce the membership fee. This also applies to family membership so it can result in a significant saving.

In applying for this voucher I give permission to the Sports Voucher provider to share my information with the Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing (ORSR). The ORSR may share de-identified information with third parties (eg other agencies of government, research institutions, etc) to improve the administration, outcomes or effectiveness of the Program.
