The per girl average will be calculated at the end of the sale. Recognition order must be completed in ABC Smart Cookies, even if troop plans to opt out. If the 250 package per girl average is not met, the traditional reward and troop proceed model will be rewarded. Troops that complete the opt-out form will be notified of their troop’s per girl average.
