    I have been working as a service provider for eleven months now. The previous company I worked for, which is Transcriptionstaff.com, is one of the largest BPO wholesale suppliers of transcriptions worldwide. There, I worked as a Transcription Proofreader where I was expected to edit English transcriptions, collaborate with transcribers and reach out to clients via the chat system and Gmail to help me to better understand their expectations and to ask whether or not they prefer a non-verbatim or verbatim transcription.

    As a client acquisition officer at T&Co. Virtual Assistance, I am responsible for promptly and professionally responding to potential clients' inquiries via email, TikTok, and Instagram. I am also responsible for nurturing leads, introducing our services to potential clients, making content for the company’s Instagram and TikTok, collaborating with other client acquisition officers, following the monthly KPIs, and attending consultation calls as well as scheduling them.

    By delivering exceptional service, I was able to spread words of enthusiasm about our company across the community. When I represent a company, I represent it with great pride and joy. I take satisfaction in acting professionally and I appreciate getting to know CU monthly determining the best ways to meet their needs. Being a service provider taught me to be detail-oriented, empathetic, and rational. At T&Co. I was always at the top of the list of productive employees. By providing a positive example for my co-workers, I help propel T&Co. to greater heights.
