Hi there! This form is the first step to requesting a Relaxed/Texturized Hair Styling appointment at ECS and should take less than 5-7 minutes to complete.

This online consultation form helps to give us an idea about your specific hair goals and get you scheduled for the appropriate service(s).

  • WHAT LENGTH DOES YOUR HAIR NEED TO BE FOR A RELAXED/TEXTURIZED HAIR SERVICE?

    Your hair should be at least 3 inches long to qualify for a Textured Hair service.

    HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HAIR LENGTH
    For an accurate measurement, use a flexible measuring tape. Start at your scalp and extend the tape along the length of your hair to determine its length in inches or centimeters.

  • FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW FOR AN ACCURATE READING
    - Place your hair into a ponytail using a ponytail holder (wrapping 2x's).
    - Wrap a flexible tape measure around the base of your ponytail (this reveals your hairs' density).

    HD - High Density Hair requires more time and product usage.

    This helps us to QUOTE CORRECT pricing and allocate and anticipate the amount of time and product usage your Relaxer service may be.

    Please note that we require full payment or a payment plan to secure your First Visit Relaxed/Textured Style reservation. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
