  • Who needs to complete a booking and deposit form

    All travelers paying their own deposit must complete a form to secure a reservation for booking. Please note that roommates must book on the same day. If sharing a room with someone confirm they will be sending in their form as well. Reservations will be booked once all roommate forms have been received.

    All travelers sharing the same package will be equally responsible for paying the balance. Roommates can submit payments for one another, which can be indicated when completing this form.

  • DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

    ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

    Deposit is $270.00 per person to reserve your spot.

    Monthly payments are strongly recommended but not required.

    You MUST however have 50% of the total amount of your trip paid by July 7, 2025.

    Final Payments due December 7th, 2025.

    Reservations not paid in full by the final due date will be cancelled and all monies forfeited.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    In the unfortunate event of trip cancellation, ALL deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Blue Journeys, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, suppliers, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. These contracted agreements afford us the opportunity to keep our package prices low and allow you to make payments on your vacation. For this reason travel insurance is STRONGLY recommended to protect your investment. If you purchase travel insurance and need to cancel you will file a claim with the travel company for your refund.
  • TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION

    Travel protection is not mandatory nor required but Blue Journeys, LLC highly recommends that you purchase insurance to help protect your investment. Travel protection coverage can protect you from expenses incurred as a result of cancellation or interruption, emergency medical and transportation, baggage and personal effects, flight and travel accident and/or rental car physical damage. When traveling outside of the country U.S. Medical Insurance is not accepted in other countries and should you become sick or injured, you will be liable for any associated costs. Anything can happen, always prepare for unexpected events.

    If you choose to NOT purchase travel protection, you are assuming any financial loss and accept all responsibility associated with your travel arrangements. By declining to purchase travel insurance you fully understand that Blue Journeys, LLC is not liable or responsible for loss of any kind.

  • TERMS & POLICIES

    Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions & Policies:

    1. All payments to Blue Journeys LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
    2. If you purchased travel insurance and need to cancel, you will have to file a claim with the travel insurance company for your refund.
    3. Transfer of funds to persons already booked is not allowed.
    4. Your reservation must be made in your FULL name as it appears on your passport. Any name change/corrections will occur a $50.00 fee added to your invoice.
    5. Bedding preference is a request, we don't guarantee your bedding, but we will request your preference. Bedding will consist of Queen, Full & King beds.
    6. Deposit is $270.00 per person and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
    7. Final payments are due by all parties on December 7, 2025. Any reservation not paid by this date will be canceled and all monies forfeited.
    8. Each roommate must pay a deposit to secure a room.
    9. If booking with a roommate as double occupancy please ensure they're making timely payments as well to cover the reservation you share.
    10. You MUST have 50% of the total amount of your trip paid by July 7, 2025 to keep an active spot on this trip.
    11. All travelers must have a valid passport book with at least two blank pages and an expiration date of October 2026 or after.
    12. As of now, there are no Covid-19 entry/exit requirements.
    13. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents. Visas and certification are included in your rate.
    14. Please confirm all email contact details are accurate for all travelers to ensure each traveler receives all correspondence sent out.
    15. Please send airline details to Blue Journeys by January 7, 2026. If not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation.
    16. Blue Journeys reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the accommodations, itinerary lineup, travel suppliers, and/or tours/excursions.
    17. The hotel may require a credit card upon check-in for any incidentals during your stay.
    18. Monthly payments are recommend but is optional and not required however you must adhere to all payment deadlines- 50% of total paid by July 7th, 2025 and final payments due by December 7th, 2025.
    19. Invoices will be updated after each payment is submitted as well as payment reminders emailed out periodically.
    20. You can make payments on your reservation at anytime, 24 hours a day.
    21. If your roommate cancels you will be responsible for the current single occupancy rate and any difference in cost unless you obtain another roommate.
    22. Tours and excursions included are not a la carte. If for some reason you do not want to attend a specific tour you can totally skip it but no refund of said tour will be provided.
    23. Only registered guests are permitted to attend the private events curated by Blue Journeys travel agency.
    24. Travel insurance is NOT included but strongly recommended to protect your investment.

  • Booking Policies & Travel Document Requirements

  • All travelers, regardless of age must have a valid passport for international travel by air. International air travel requires a Passport BOOK; travelers carrying a passport CARD will be denied boarding at the airport. Passports need to be valid for at least SIX (6) months after your return date along with a minimum of two (2) blank pages. Current routine passport processing time is 10-13 weeks. Expedited services are available. Processing times may be shorter or longer based on passport processing center. Please allow sufficient time to order prior to vacation date.

    A Visa may be required to visit specific countries and is the traveler's responsibility to obtain a visa prior to departure if required.

As the worldwide COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic remains ongoing at this time, I acknowledge that for this reason, and other reasons not reasonably foreseeable at this time, these travel plans may be interrupted or cancelled by the travel supplier, over which Blue Journeys, LLC has no control.
