** Please note a non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your spot. Costumes take a considerable amount of time to create, which include design, creating and cutting pattern pieces, construction, attaching motifs/trim and finally bling! Consideration for the sizing, complexity of design and level of bling is taken into account when creating your quote. All budgets can be catered for, however please see Pricing & Deposits section below for more information. If you have a maximum budget please ensure these details are included so I can design/quote accordingly. If you have any questions at all please ask. **

PRICING & DEPOSITS

Below is the average cost of current costumes, however all budgets can be worked with. Please consider that decorated costumes take a minimum of 6-8 hours each (sometimes up to 10-12 hours!) depending on the complexity of the design.

Base costumes are charged at a minimum of 4 hours work (design, sourcing fabric, creating pattern & completing base)

All costume prices are based on the TRUNK measurement to determine fabric/trim requirements and range from a Girls Size 4 to a Ladies Size 16.

DEPOSITS

Only a set number of bookings are available per week so please book early to avoid disappointment. Please book your spot though the website. Bookings are not guaranteed until the deposit has been paid.

For all costumes, a $100 NON REFUNDABLE booking fee is required unless otherwise arranged. Your booking fee will be taken off the total of your costume.

A minimum of 50% of your total order must be paid prior to the commencement of any work and must be paid at least 4 weeks before your booking date to allow time to order fabrics and make the costume. Failure to make this payment on time may result in you forfeiting your spot or your costume being delayed. Final payment must be made prior to postage/collection of your order - no exceptions. A separate invoice will be sent with your total cost once your booking form/deposit is received.

Payments can be made via EFT, Paypal or Credit Card and will be invoiced to your nominated email address.

Please note - booking fees and the 50% deposits are non-refundable.

All headpiece orders must be paid in full prior to the commencement of work.

Please note costumes are made as per the booking date reserved. A considerable amount of work goes into each costume and any changes to due dates must be advised asap.

Orders will be available to pick up/send the week FOLLOWING your booking date. Please choose your booking date wisely - changes to collection dates can not be guaranteed during the busy competition season.

Custom order spots are limited and are scheduled based on the booking date made provided the booking fee and minimum payment is made on time. Every endeavour will be taken to fit as many orders in as possible, however a longer lead time is appreciated. All quotes are based on the information provided above and are supplied on a individual basis.
