ALL VENDORS MUST READ AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE 2024 PCEJ VENDOR POLICIES AND GUIDELINES. Limited Vendors Accepted. First Come First Served.

*All registrations from August 1, 2024, will incur an additional $50 charge for each booth.

*CREDIT CARD CHARGES WILL INCUR SERVICE FEES.

HOTEL INFORMATION:
*Hotel Reservation Deadline: Saturday, July 26, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET.

*ONLY REGISTERED VENDORS ARE ELIGIBLE TO RESERVE HOTEL ROOMS AT THE JURISDICTIONAL CONVENTION RATE.

HOTEL ROOM RATE:

The hotel room rate is $159.50 taxes included. One night plus tax will be charged to your credit card when making reservations. A $100 incidental fee will be held on your credit card at check-in. This amount will be refunded/released if not used. Be sure to review the cancellation policy when booking your hotel room. *

INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
LIABILITY: It is agreed and understood that in exchange for permission to offer for sale products or services or both at and during the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of the Church of God in Christ 103rd Annual Holy Convocation (the “PCEJ and COGIC”), to be conducted at the VALLEY FORGE RESORT AND CONVENTION CENTER, 1160 1st Ave, King of Prussia, PA 19406, the Vendor, the Vendor’s successors, employees, agents, attorneys, and any person, assume the entire responsibility and hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the PCEJ and COGIC, its officers, employees, managers, and agents against all claims, losses, and damages to persons or personal property, property, charges or fines and attorney fees arising from or caused by the Vendor’s installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of the exhibition premises or a part thereof. PCEJ and COGIC are not responsible for an interruption in business or any property loss or damage incurred by the Vendor. In addition, The Vendor agrees and forever release the PCEJ and COGIC, including its officers, employees, managers, and agents from all manner of actions, causes of action, damages, suits and claims, and demands whatsoever, specifically including, but in no way limited to, all matters arising from or relating to the authorization granted by the PCEJ and COGIC for permission to participate in the Event.

2. Vendor also specifically agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the PCEJ and COGIC from any claim, action, proceeding, liability, damage, or loss, including but not limited to any attorney fees, court costs, or both, arising out of the Event. If the PCEJ and COGIC is named in any such claim, action, or proceeding; the Vendor shall defend the PCEJ and COGIC at no cost whatsoever to the PCEJ and COGIC with legal counsel paid for by the Vendor and selected by and approved by the PCEJ and COGIC.

3. Vendor further agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the PCEJ and COGIC free and harmless from any and all claims of any nature or kind whatsoever by any individual or entity whatsoever arising from or in connection with the Event, including any time associated with preparations for it, and travel to and departure from the Event site.

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
PARTICIPATION: This conference is not designed for wholesale activity, therefore we reserve the right to refuse participation, or at any point reserve the right to remove any Vendor from the premises for cause or no reason whatsoever. Any Vendor may be refused the right to display or sell merchandise deemed objectionable, unacceptable, or unrelated to the theme and purpose of the Event. The PCEJ and COGIC reserve the right to reassign a booth anytime for any reason whatsoever. It is further understood and agreed by and between the parties identified in this document that no promise, assurance, warranty, representation, or agreement not expressed in this document has been made by the parties to this document and that the terms of the document are contractual. The Vendor who signs this document states, represents, and warrants to the PCEJ and COGIC that he or she is the legal agent of the Vendor and has the legal authority to sign and bind the Vendor to the terms of this document. *
