DISTRIBUTION: I understand that all PHOTOS, VIDEOS AND MEMORABILIA SUBMITTED to this project become the digital/intellectual or physical property of the Samuel W. Houston Museum to share and display as they so choose.
I also understand that funds, made payable and sent to the Rosenwald Acres website will go to a special account set up to finance the “Rosenwald Centennial Project” benefitting the restoration of the gate, access trail and graves housing the remains of Rosenwald School founders in the Kittrell-Wilson Cemetery behind Rosenwald School Acres; and used for the event/project administration and creation of a green, earth-friendly, multigenerational homage to the former school. I understand that, because of the charitable intent of this project, all efforts will be made to ensure success, there will be no refunds but a date if reset / credit due to interruptions by acts of God or circumstances beyond the event planner's control.
INDEMNIFICATION: I herein indemnify Rosenwald Acres, the Samuel W. Houston Alumni and/or Museum, The Rosenwald Centennial Project Sponsors, contributors, vendors, participants, artists, The Wiseman Company, Butler Wiseman, MoShows.com and this project's volunteers, associates and employees from any and all claims that may arise from my participation in these events.
E-SIGNATURE AUTHORIZATION: Typing my name in the signature block below signifies that I adhere to this Electronic Communication & Signature feature, herein granting consent to utilize the input as a legally binding electronic signature and hereby give my affirmative consent to provide this electronic signature as described herein. To the fullest extent permitted by law, project organizers herein accept this e-signature as legally equivalent to a handwritten signature to signify an Agreement. This policy does not limit organizer's right or option to conduct a transaction on paper or in a non-electronic form, nor to have documents provided / available on paper when required by applicable policies, laws or regulations.
