- A degree or diploma in the discipline of accounting or law; or
- A Registered Tax Agent Practicing Certificate; or and
- A resume or letter from your employer showing your minimum years experience.

If you have not completed CTA1 foundations or equivalent, you will need to provide either a copy of your academic trancscript for equivalency or a proof of membership with another accounting, legal or registered tax agent association or proof of over 8 years tax experience.
