Fairways to Success Application

Fairways to Success is a vehicle for public junior golfers with a strong desire and passion for the game of golf to gain access to the benefits of playing privileges at a private facility for one season. Our program would pair the most needy public junior members with a private facility within close vacinity to their home that would be willing to host them for the season.

Please note: You must be at least 14 years of age to apply to be a part of this program. Selections will be made by our Junior Golf Committee.
