Eligibility: Currently employed (Full-time, Part-time or Seasonal) Team Members of Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal Orlando”) both at the time of entry and at the time of prize redemption (“Entrants”) are eligible to enter and win prizes. Employees of third party vendors and concessionaires and Loews Hotel Team members are not eligible to enter or win. Universal Orlando will verify eligibility of all potential winners. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Universal Orlando’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to each drawing. Winning any prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Timing: Drawings will be held periodically beginning January 2025and the details and timing of each drawing will be communicated via announcements on UOTM News (email newsletter), TeamUDX.com, and the @UOTMLife Instagram channel. Each drawing constitutes a separate contest to which these Official Rules apply.

How to Enter: All eligible Team Members who enter via the specified link on TeamUDX.com as communicated by the applicable drawing announcement will be given a chance to win. Only one (1) entry per Team Member is allowed. Duplicate entries will be deleted.

Prizes: Prizes will be as specified in the applicable drawing announcement. Prizes are not transferable or assignable, and no substitutions or cash equivalents are permitted. The odds of winning any drawing depend on the actual number of entries received. Should a specified prize become unavailable for any reason, Universal Orlando reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of comparable value.
Taxes: WHEN APPLICABLE, UNIVERSAL ORLANDO WILL INCLUDE THE FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THE PRIZE ON THE WINNING TEAM MEMBER’S IRS FORM W-2 AS TAXABLE COMPENSATION. All federal, state and local taxes will be the sole responsibility of the Team Member. In the event that the Fair Market Value of the prize is included on the Team Member’s IRS Form W-2, Universal Orlando will pay a gross-up payment to the winning Team Member to mitigate any potential tax liability due on the value of the prize. THE GROSS-UP PAYMENT, AS WELL AS ANY ADDITIONAL AMOUNT PAID ON THE FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THE PRIZE WINNINGS WILL BE INCLUDED AS TAXABLE INCOME ON THE WINNER’S IRS FORM W-2. All other expenses, costs, fees, or additional tax associated with acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winning Team Member. UNIVERSAL ORLANDO DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY TAX ADVICE TO THE ENTRANT OR WINNER BY MAKING THIS DISCLAIMER.
Grant of Rights: Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use the winner's name, photograph and statements for publicity purposes, without additional compensation or limitation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval.
Each winning Team Member will be notified by Team Member Experiences. Winner’s eligibility will be confirmed in order to be named as winner for each prize. Failure to respond to a notification or return any required forms in the required time period may result in the winner being disqualified and a subsequent drawing held to pick an alternate winner. In the event that the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Universal Orlando will award the prize to an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
Release: By entering a drawing, Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Instagram, Universal Orlando and its directors, officers, partners, donors, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, parent, subsidiary and related companies and each of the foregoing entities’ respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in any drawing or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
Limitations: Universal Orlando shall not be responsible for inaccurate, lost, or incomplete, entries, or technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the drawings or the processing of entries. Universal Orlando is not responsible or liable for any actions or for any events that occur during, or as a result of, winner’s acceptance and/or use of any prize.
Miscellaneous: Universal Orlando shall have the final decision for all issues and questions concerning these Official Rules, and any prize drawing. These Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida. Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida or the appropriate Florida State Court located in Orange County, Florida; and (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this giveaway, but in no event attorneys’ fees.
