Room/Roommate Change Request Form
Before submitting a Room Change Request form, please meet with your Residential Engagement staff to discuss your options. If directed by your CDA or AD, please submit this form. For any questions or concerns regarding this process, feel free to reach out to your Community Development Assistant. Please note that room changes depend upon housing occupancy at the time of submission of your request.

In addition, please note that at the start of each semester, there is a three-week room freeze during which room changes are not processed, except in urgent situations. If you have an urgent request, please contact your CDA or Residential Staff directly.
