Product Return Request Form
Use this form if you need to return a product you purchased from us. Returns are subject to a 15% restock fee. We only except returns on items purchased less then 30 days from the invoice date that are in unused condition and in original packaging. A copy of the invoice must be sent with the returned product. Pressure Tek does not pay return shipping charges. We do not accept return on electrical products. Will will contact you by email with the RGA and the address to return your product(s). We will not accept returned merchandise without a RGA.
