  • I hereby give my permission for the City of O'Fallon to deliver and pick up a roll-off box to the following address:

  • As partial consideration for the benefit of using a roll-off box, the undersigned homeowner agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the City, including it's agents, representatives, and employees, from and against any and all suits, actions, legal or administrative proceedings, claims, demands, damages, losses, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses of whatsoever kind or character which are or may be asserted against the City relating in any manner, whether proximate or not, to the delivery, presence, use and pick up of a roll-off box to the above referenced address. Further, the undersigned homeowner hereby releases the City, it's employees, agents, successors, and assigns, and all persons acting with the permission or upon the authority of them, from any liability related to the delivery and pick up of a roll-off box to the above referenced address.

  • Fees

    The undersigned understands the fee for this service is $320.00 for a 10yd, $335.00 for a 20yd, or $355.00 for a 30yd, which includes a one-time drop-off, pick-up, and net weight up to 4 tons. Additional tonnage over 4 tons is billed at $45.00 per ton. Non-use fee is $45.00/day after 7 days per drop.
    *If container is being used for yard waste, no other trash may be included in the load.

  • No appliances are allowed in containers.

    If appliances are found in container it will not be serviced until they are removed which could result in additional charges. If an appliance is discovered during the disposal process a charge of $20.00 per appliance will be billed accordingly. Customer Service can assist you with the disposal of appliances.

  • Homeowner Absence

    In lieu of being present at the time of delivery, please select which side of the driveway you would like the contaner placed. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request however at times issues arise that prevent your request from being fulfilled. Please be aware that we will not return to move a container.
    Obstructions such as vehicles, campers, etc. should be out of the driveway as well as vehicles and objects across from the driveway to allow for the vehicle to manuever.
