Use this form to submit MCSL rule change proposals. Please submit a separate form for each rule change proposal.

Rule change proposals missing significant detail, including rationale and justification may not be considered.

This form must be submitted by a Team Rep. Rule change proposals submitted by anyone other than a Team Rep will not be considered.

The deadline for submitting a rule change proposal for consideration for the following season is November 1.
