FILMING OPPORTUNITY
Hello! We are looking for a number of families in the Greenwich and surrounding areas to film a truly amazing video for Pushchair Expert! We are looking for mums, dads with one or two children aged 3 and under. It will be a fun day out with some brilliant pushchairs and you will be sent a copy of the video and a thank you for your time. The date for filming is Thursday, 19th October 2017 (100% tbc).

2. As a 'Native Media Parent' you have a smartphone/laptop/camera in order to produce the review/video/photo. (What is required will be discussed if/when Native Media Limited contact you).

For any content that you submit, you grant Native Media Limited a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.
4. These terms and conditions may be subject to change if required, successful applicants will be notified.
Completing this form confirms interest in your family taking part in a Native Media Limited film/photoshoot/review & Native Media Limited will hold these details on file, unless you have contacted us to request otherwise.
