Hello! Thank you so much for applying to become a foster, it is one of the most rewarding things you can do. Being a foster means taking in a dog that would have otherwise been put down and giving it a place to stay until adoption. Most new foster dogs will need to be worked with on basic house manners.

PPFT does cover all medical expenses, and can provide food and a crate if needed. To become a foster with PPFT you will be expected to

-Teach your foster dog house manners
-Give your foster dog lots of TLC
-Provide updates and photos of the dog
-Be able to meet halfway when picking up a foster dog, as well as be able to take the dog to vet appointments.
-For your dogs safety, all of your current dogs must be up to date on vaccinations.

*Anyone applying to foster with us must be in Oklahoma.
