Crate rotating is the act of utilizing kennels/separate areas in order to safely integrate multiple dogs within a home. For example, one dog might be enjoying free time in the living room, while the other dog is safely confined in a different room or a kennel.

While I am away from home, I agree to keep my Foster Dog in a kennel (provided by TPC if needed) so they are 100% safe and secure. *

I agree to house my Foster Dog indoors as if they were a family pet and to give them sufficient love, care and attention. I will not use my Foster Dog in any sort of fighting, breeding or cruelty, nor will I give them away to any friend, family member or other party. *

I understand that my Foster Dog may take time to settle into a new environment. I'm aware of the issues that may arise in the beginning stages, including- but not limited to-barking, urinating or defecating indoors, destruction of furniture, crying, not wanting to go in crate, etc. I understand that these issues are not forever, and I agree to work through these issues with the support of TPC. I understand that my Foster Dog may have a largely unknown history and TPC makes no claims, warranties or guarantees about any dogs behavior, breed and/or temperament. *

I waive all rights and claims against TPC regardless of the expense or damages incurred during entire duration of fostering. Upon my Foster Dog's arrival into my possession, I understand I take on legal ownership of dog until foster contract has expired and dog has been released from my care at a mutually agreed upon time. I will not pursue legal action against TPC and will hold them harmless in the event that any injuries to myself, other persons or damages to property arise. In the off chance that damages to property, self or other parties occur (whether to human or animals), I will be held legally responsible. Therefore, I always promise to be in control of my Foster Dog to the very best of my abilities. *
