Pipeliners 25th Annual Charity Golf Tournament
Since 1969, the George M. Lambert Scholarship Program has awarded hundreds of scholarships to students enrolled in institutions of higher learning. These scholarships have been made possible through generous contributions to the Voluntary Fund and from donors like you who sponsor the Pipeliners Annual Charity Golf Tournament.

Each year, the scholarship program awards a $10,000 Harry H. Faucett, Jr. Memorial Scholarship to the highest-scoring applicant of the George M. Lambert Scholarship Program, along with ten $3,500 General Scholarships awarded to the next top ten scoring applicants.

This year, please join Pipeliners Local 798, the Pipeline Industry Benefit Fund, and numerous contractors and sister organizations on the golf course to support our youth in their educational goals and pursuits.

The Club at Indian Springs has two beautiful 18-hole courses, which allow us to have 288 spots available to play. However, availability is on a first-come basis. If you or your team register and submit payment by Friday, March 13, 2026, you’ll be entered into the Early Registration prize drawing exclusively for those who meet this deadline.

All payments must be received no later than Friday, March 27, 2026. Please note that we cannot guarantee your spot without advance payment.

Each player must have their own set of clubs. A limited number of rental sets will be available on the day of the tournament at the pro shop for $85, also on a first-come basis. Collared shirts are required, and denim is not permitted on the course.

    • Title Sponsor - $8,000 – One (1) Available
    As the Title Sponsor, your company’s name and logo will be prominently displayed on registration signage and featured in event-related social media posts as well as a hole sponsor sign on Hole 1 of the River Course. Tent accommodations available at this hole (tent provided by the sponsor) for you to distribute promotional items, snacks, and/or drinks to participants. You will also receive entry for one four-person team.

    • Breakfast Sponsor - $3,000 – One (1) Available
    As the Breakfast Sponsor, your company logo will be displayed on signage at registration and during breakfast, and you will receive entry for one four-person team.

    • Drink Sponsor - $3,000 – One (1) Available
    As the Drink Sponsor, your company logo will be displayed on signage at registration and on the Beverage Carts, and you will receive entry for one four-person team.

    • Drone Drive Sponsor - $3,000 – Two (2) Available
    As a Drone Drive Sponsor, your company logo will be displayed on signage at registration and at the designated hole. Tent accommodations available at this hole (tent provided by the sponsor) for you to distribute promotional items, snacks, and/or drinks to participants. You will also receive entry for one four-person team.

    • Closest to the Pin Sponsor - $2,000 – Two (2) Available
    As a Closest to the Pin Sponsor, your company logo will be displayed on signage at registration, at the designated hole, and next to the prize awarded for the closest to the pin. Tent accommodations available at this hole (tent provided by the sponsor) for you to distribute promotional items, snacks, and/or drinks to participants. You will also receive entry for one four-person team.

    • Longest Drive Sponsor - $2,000 – Two (2) Available
    As a Longest Drive Sponsor, your company logo will be displayed on signage at registration, at the designated hole, and next to the prize awarded for the longest drive. Tent accommodations available at this hole (tent provided by the sponsor) for you to distribute promotional items, snacks, and/or drinks to participants. You will also receive entry for one four-person team.

    • Putting Challenge Sponsor - $2,000 – One (1) Available
    As the Putting Challenge Sponsor, your company logo will be displayed on signage at registration, the Practice Green, and next to the prize awarded to the winner of the challenge. Tent accommodations available (tent provided by the sponsor) for you to distribute promotional items, snacks, and/or drinks to participants. You will also receive entry for one four-person team.

    • Veranda Sponsor - $1,000 – Ten (10) Available
    As a Veranda Sponsor, your tent (provided by the sponsor) will be located in a PRIME area where all players pass before, during, and after the round, allowing you to bring your grill and cook, distribute promotional items, snacks, and/or drinks. Your company logo will also be displayed on signage at registration and at your designated veranda location.

    • Specialty Hole Sponsor - $1,000 – Eighteen (18) Available
    As a Specialty Hole Sponsor, your company logo will be displayed on signage at registration and at your designated hole with tent accommodations (tent provided by the sponsor) for you to distribute promotional items, snacks, and/or drinks to participants. Be fun and creative by bringing a game for players to play or speakers for music, it’s up to you!

    • Hole Sponsor - $800 – Unlimited
    Your company name and logo will be on a sign on a hole at the golf course.

    • Raffle Sponsor - $500 – Unlimited
    As a raffle sponsor, your company logo will be displayed on signage next to all the raffle prizes. This allows those in attendance to possibly win a great prize that you’ve generously contributed to.
