The 2025 APEX Turbine Annual Conference will be February 24th-28th, 2025 at the Margaritaville Hotel Nashville in Nashville, TN.

Exhibitor Check-in and Setup
February 24th, 2025- 2:00pm-6:00pm


All vendor setup must be completed by 9:00am Tuesday, February 25th, 2025.

    Each exhibiting company will be given up to 2 pages to feature their company in our online conference program. More information will be provided via email after registration is complete. Please direct questions to Jeremy Farmer at jfarmer@apexturbine.com

  • By uploading your company logo, you give Apex Turbine Testing Technologies permission to use your logo.
  • Audio/Visual Services Available

    **A/V services are not included.** Each exhibiting company must provide their own A/V or purchase services at an additional cost through the Hotel's A/V service.
