This form is for requesting one of the 4 vehicles managed by the Office of Parking and Transportation. All other vehicle requests should be made directly to the vehicle managers of the individual departments.

Student Clubs and Organizations sponsored by Student Activities and Wellness & Recreation receive priority access to Buses 1 & 2, and Vans 5 & 16. All other departments and non-student organizations may request access to the vans if they are not in use by priority groups. These non-priority groups may book the vans no earlier than two weeks prior to the van's intended use.
