It happens in all spheres of society - from children to adults, from older workers to younger ones, from old and young, white collar and blue collar, high ranking and low ranking. The problem is that the vast majority of the perpetrators are never brought to justice.
All too often, these perpetrators keep on abusing. Of course, the reason for that is because they think they can get away with it. The sad thing is that most of the time, the victims are pushed away from reporting this type of crime. They feel they will be blamed for the abuse and therefore they go along with the abuse.
