TRIP REFUND REQUEST
Cancellations received after final payment date or date in accordance with previously provided terms and conditions, will incur cancellation fees and/or administrative charges. Terms and conditions are detailed on initial supplier invoice, email or other correspondence received at time of booking.

Any refund due will be returned to original form of payment and may take up to 30 business days once refund request is processed based on the supplier's business practices. Most refunds are processed within 10 business days.

The process for cancellation will not begin until trip refund request form is completed and submitted.

Emails, text messages, phone calls or any ancillary conversations will not serve as a notice of cancellation.
