EmailMe Form - 2024/25 AFTER SCHOOL CARE REGISTRATION

After School Care is reserved on a monthly basis through a prepaid system. Parents must pay for the upcoming month by the 25th of the previous month. If a student is unable to use any prepaid portion of after school care, a credit for that time will be applied to the following month, provided the student was absent from school or went home sick. If a family decides not to use the prepaid time due to personal changes in plans, they are still responsible for the reservation.

After care begins at 3:10 PM and runs until 5:30 PM. The charges are as follows:

Until 4:00 PM: $15.00
Until 5:00 PM: $25.00
Until 5:30 PM: $30.00

For everyone's safety, our after-school care coordinator will need to visually identify the person picking up your child. Please come to the window by the front door for identification.

If a child is not picked up by 3:45p and has not registered and prepaid for after-school care, a late fee of $25.00 per child will be charged for each additional 15-minute block of time beyond 3:45p. (Exceptions may be made with proper notification to the office.)

Any same-day last-minute drop-ins for the after school program is a flat fee of $50.

If you know you are going to be late, please notify the school. A late fee of $25 per 15-minute increment will apply.

If a parent or authorized pick-up person does not arrive or call within 5 minutes of the designated pick-up time, staff will assume an emergency and begin contacting your child's emergency contacts.

Late fees must be paid within 5 business days of the late pick-up date.

Failure to pay late pick-up fees may result in your child being suspended or removed from the program. Repeated disregard for pick-up times can also lead to suspension or termination from the program. *

Behavioral Policy: If a student engages in physical contact with another student, we may no longer be able to provide aftercare services to that family.

We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all our students. To uphold these standards, any aggressive or physical contact may result in suspension or removal from the program.

Our pick-up procedure in the after school program differs slightly from our afternoon dismissal. When picking up your child from the after-school program, please ring the doorbell labeled "After School Pick Up" at the front entrance. The after-school coordinator must visually identify the authorized person picking up a student from after school. If someone other than you will be picking up your child, please be sure to notify us in advance or add them to the Authorization for Release form. *
