This applicant has applied for Leader in Training for Groton Parks and Recreation and has chosen you as a reference. References can not be family members or a relative. The primary purpose of the training program is to teach leadership skills, including communication, decision making, problem solving and conflict resolution. These skills are taught through discussion, team building and hands on leaderships opportunities which children at summer camp. All the while emphasizing our core values: respect, responsibility, safety, and kindness.
