Alleged Recruiting Violations
Allegations of recruiting violations must be based on fact and may only be submitted to Iowa Soccer by a club official/staff member.

Prior to submitting the alleged violation, review the Recruiting Rules, Section 12: Recruiting and Tryouts (click for link to rules)


If after reviewing the rules you believe there has been a violation, complete and submit this form. Your allegation must detail the alleged violation, including the rules or policies you believe to have been violated, and include documentation that supports your allegation.

All documentation and witnesses accounts supporting the alleged violation must be saved to a single word document or PDF in chronological order and submitted.

If after investigating a properly submitted allegation a violation is proven true, the following sanctions will be applied.

Violation 1: $500 fine plus any further action as advised by the disciplinary committee.

Violation 2: $1000 fine plus any further action as advised by the disciplinary committee.

Violation 3: The club will be suspended from the League for a minimum of one year and is subject to additional sanctions as determined by the disciplinary committee.
  • If you do not submit documentation in support of the alleged violation, no action will be taken to investigate further and the matter is closed. Your submission without documentation will be noted in League records.
