Answer all questions below and complete form as instructed for your membership. We are A Private Rubs Club for Gentlemen (and Private Swinger Events) ALL ENTERTAINERS ARE VERIFIED 18+ (or 21+ Depending on the State where Event/Session is Taking Place) years of age-and not “Nationals” of other Countries, with Non-Legal Status to Work in the US).There is a ONE-TIME MEMBERSHIP FEE (That is paid at door once you arrive to first session) THE FEE AMOUNT MAY VARY FROM TIME TO TIME SO, you may ask the fee before you fill this form. If we feel more information is needed for your screening (due to a time period or an unclear screening picture) WE RESERVE the right to request more items such as a Valid Picture ID (or PAST REFERENCES) after you have completed this screening. (Mostly Rare, But we reserve this as an option) ALSO, ONCE YOU ARE AN ESTABLISHED MEMBER, you may switch to a Text App or VoIP Number, and your Screen can be deleted by your request (Or if you wish to discontinue a Membership it can also be deleted).
ONCE WE LET YOU KNOW THAT YOUR SCREEN WAS APPROVED, That will serve as your “MEMBERSHIP VERIFICATION” AND YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD (Once you have paid your Membership Fee at Door of YOUR FIRST SESSION). At your First Session or any Session after, Be sure to Be Respectful to All Entertainers as ANY ENTERTAINER may ask any Member to leave at any time for Disrespectful Behavior or Rule Violations (Any ENTERTAINER may add ANY MEMBER to “BLACKLIST” or “PERMANENT BAN LIST” for “Herself” OR FOR “Herself and ANY OTHER SOFT TOUCH ENTERTAINERS”- and any of this would VOID Your Membership. THERE ARE NO MEMBERSHIP or EVENT REFUNDS (at any time) if Soft Touch determines THAT A MEMBER has violated “House Rules” (which includes negative personal conduct towards Entertainers).Remember, just because you COMPLETE the SCREEN FORM, doesn’t mean it will automatically be approved. It may be approved or denied or more info may be needed for our decision. Male, Female, and “Couples” May be members (For Couples, Both M and F half are required to screen). We do Our VERY BEST To List The Performer's Description, however, due to General Disrespect of Performers these days by Online Websites and some Review Websites, sometimes we are a bit limited as to what we can do on this. We do understand that Certain Clients Have Certain Specific Likes when it Comes to Performers. If for whatever reason you are disappointed with anything about a Performer once you arrive to an Event or Session, the Only Thing we can Recommend to you, is just to keep your composure, be respectful, and after your session, you may text the main booking number and voice your concerns to the booking person or you can also ask that those concerns also be forwarded to Sarah who is the Main Supervisor. A lot of times there isn't much we can do as the Performers are Independent, but our main advice is to just look forward to another session day and a different Performer.
