Please fill out this form and select the appropriate payment option (Purchase Order, Check, Credit Card) and fill out the information below that option. If you will NOT receive a PO or Check by the time you attend the conference you must enter a valid credit card for AASL to keep on file. Your card WILL NOT BE CHARGED at the time you submit this form, but you will be charged if no additional payment information is received by November 20, 2025.

  • *I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure my employer has paid the balance, or my credit card will be charged on November 20, 2025. AASL recommends that you or your accounting department submit a copy of the check through this form when issued in case delays in mail and processing could push the receipt of payment past November 20.

  • I understand that not attending the AASL National Conference will not cancel my registration. My balance due will remain on my account unless a cancellation request has been received by the cancellation deadline of September 16, 2025. I understand that all cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If my registration is cancelled I will still be responsible for the $50 cancellation fee. Any request for special circumstances must be sent to aasl@ala.org for consideration.
