MISSION STATEMENT

The Junior Coach Program will present middle school and high school athletes (ages 13-18) the opportunity to be trained in sports ministry and leadership development through classroom style sessions, small groups and practical ministry opportunities at our youth camps.

The FCA Junior Coach Program expects the highest level of commitment and buy in to our mission for the summer. While we understand everyone is at a different spot in their faith and comes from different backgrounds, the following are certain expectations FCA Junior Coaches agree to comply with during the summer.

1. Committing to learning about Christ and discovering what it means to follow Him.

2. Committing to representing Christ in a sportsmanlike manner through language and attitude.

3. Committing to willing serving with all your ability.

The most important thing is your willingness to humble yourself and buy in to the discipleship process.
