The deposit is half the quote and is due 10 days from contract submission. It is refundable, minus a $50 fee, up to 60 days prior to the wedding. Final payment is due prior to the ceremony the day of the wedding, but can be paid in advance.

I begin performing 20 minutes prior to the ceremony - my time runs for one hour through the ceremony and postlude.(If your ceremony is due to begin at 4:00, my time is from 3:40 to 4:40). I arrive 45 minutes prior to the ceremony start time

Music selections should be made at least 2 weeks prior to the ceremony. Custom arrangements need a minimum of 30 days and are subject to an added fee.
