We are A Private Rubs Club for Gentlemen (and Private Swinger Events) (ALL ENTERTAINERS ARE VERIFIED 18+ years of age (By NM Law)-and not “Nationals” of other Countries, with Non-Legal Status to Work in the US).There is a ONE-TIME MEMBERSHIP FEE (That is paid at door once you arrive to first session) THE FEE AMOUNT MAY VARY FROM TIME TO TIME SO, you may ask the fee before you fill this form. If we feel more information is needed for your screening (due to a time period or an unclear screening picture) WE RESERVE the right to request more items such as a Valid Picture ID (or PAST REFERENCES) after you have completed this screening. (Mostly Rare, But we reserve this as an option) ALSO, ONCE YOU ARE AN ESTABLISHED MEMBER, you may switch to a Text App or VoIP Number, and your Screen can be deleted by your request (Or if you wish to discontinue a Membership it can also be deleted).
ONCE WE LET YOU KNOW THAT YOUR SCREEN WAS APPROVED, That will serve as your “MEMBERSHIP VERIFICATION” AND YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD (Once you have paid your Membership Fee at Door of YOUR FIRST SESSION). At your First Session or any Session after, Be sure to Be Respectful to All Entertainers as ANY ENTERTAINER may ask any Member to leave at any time for Disrespectful Behavior or Rule Violations (Any ENTERTAINER may add ANY MEMBER to “BLACKLIST” or “PERMANENT BAN LIST” for “Herself” OR FOR “Herself and ANY OTHER SOFT TOUCH ENTERTAINERS”- and any of this would VOID Your Membership. THERE ARE NO MEMBERSHIP or EVENT REFUNDS (at any time) if Soft Touch determines THAT A MEMBER has violated “House Rules” (which includes negative personal conduct towards Entertainers).Remember, just because you COMPLETE the SCREEN FORM, doesn’t mean it will automatically be approved. It may be approved or denied or more info may be needed for our decision. Male, Female, and “Couples” May be members (For Couples, Both M and F half are required to screen)(This Screen Form IS ONLY FOR SINGLES). Although, we are a PRIVATE AND DISCREET CLUB, We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for the Personal Relationship Behaviors FOR ANY MEMBER- Each Member is RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN PERSONAL LIFE AND RELATIONSHIP CHOICES. Re: “SWINGER COUPLES” - We DO NOT TOLERATE ANY DRAMA-JEALOUSY-OR NEGATIVE attitudes (Will Result in Blacklist or Ban). For New Members, the shift of the day of the first Session you attend will determine the Membership Fee (Not the Day you Screened). The New Membership Fee can vary by Shift by Day and will not be less that $75 and not more than $250 at this time, until further notice. THE “COUPLE’S” Membership Fee is ONE SOLID FEE PER COUPLE (not one, then the other) AND LISTED ON SHIFT-Daily Rate form as (CMF) BUT both halves of couple Must Complete this Screen-Membership form. We now also have the “Official Soft Touch - Virtual Membership Card” which you will get access to, after your screen is approved. ONLY THE FIRST ATTEMPT OF THIS SCREEN IS FREE. If your First Attempt is DECLINED, EACH ADDITIONAL ATTEMPT IS +$75 Due at DOOR of YOUR FIRST SESSION. SO TAKE IT SERIOUSLY!!
