Use this form to request an upgrade of a digital product to a different digital format, of the same title and edition. For example: You want to upgrade a DIVE Chemistry Download to a DIVE Chemistry eLearning format. There is a $15 fee to process upgrades. This fee covers the costs we are charged by the respective platforms that host and/or manage the courses. We cannot waive or make exceptions for these fees.
