Declining Travel Insurance indicates awareness that you will be subject to cancellation and change penalties on your trip, and will be responsible for any costs associated with Trip Interruption or Cancellation.

A valid passport is required for international travel. Air travel requires a passport BOOK; travelers carrying a passport CARD will be denied boarding at the airport. Passport CARDS will suffice for international travel via sea or land.
Passports need to be valid for SIX MONTHS after your return date. Please review your expiration date and renew as soon as possible, if necessary. Turnaround time for passports can take up to 3 months. Expedited services are available if needed.

Disclaimer
I understand this is a disclosure of business practices and permissive payment agreement for the purchase of travel services. I agree that payments will be made direct to FUNJET VACATIONS on my behalf by Bon Voyage by Barbour; paid in prorated amounts not to exceed the sum total of approved charges. I understand Debit Cards often impose “Daily Charge Limits” and multiple payments may be needed to complete the full balance due. I am aware of any potential Cancellation, Refund and Surcharge Policies and Fees by suppliers and agree not to dispute or chargeback any of the above signed for and acknowledged charges without proper course of action.
Bon Voyage by Barbour will not release personal information to ANY parties not listed on your finalized Travel Contract and will apply due diligence in maintaining records in a secured, safe location.
Travel Waiver
I hereby verify that I have been advised of all applicable fees that may be charged by FUNJET VACATIONS, plus I have been offered the option to purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance. I understand that discounted fares and vacation packages often have restrictions, and that I will be responsible for any fees associated with changing or canceling my travel arrangements. I understand I may purchase travel insurance from Bon Voyage by Barbour at a later date and before travel takes place, but in that event, the terms and conditions of my coverage may be more restricted.
