To qualify for consideration for off-campus housing, a student must select one criterion for their application and submit all required documentations. Approval is not guaranteed.

Select the Appropriate Option: Criteria One

I am or will be 23 years of age or older on or by the start of the fall term that I am applying for.

I have dependent children (requires copy of birth certificate).

I am married (requires copy of marriage license).

Note: Students who do not meet criteria one will have a $600.00 non-resident fee applied each semester to their student account for each term they reside off campus.

Criteria Two

I will be commuting from my legal guardian’s home, within the 30 mile radius of campus (requires notarized letter from legal guardian and proof of address).

I am a transfer student who lived off campus at my previous institution for two or more semesters (requires letter from admissions counselor or housing department at previous institution)

I have a circumstance that I feel requires special attention for review. (requires description of circumstance and supporting documentation)
