7. T2 Domestic pick up:
- Shuttle Bus passengers, please meet your driver in the "shuttle bus" parking area Bays 4-12.
- Private Transfer passengers, your driver will greet you in the arrivals hall at baggage claim with a name sign.
8. Please book more than 24 hours before travel and note we are closed all public holidays.
9. All Cairns Airport services commence and terminate at Cairns Airport.
10. Transfers are taking approx: 1.5 hours but please allow 2 hours and are subject to pick up time and scheduling changes.

  • All transfers will travel the Costal Captain Cook Highway with minor delays (allow approximately 2 hours travel time), utilising utilising and our associated businesses to include but not limited; Shuttle Bus, Cairns Airport Shuttle Bus & Port Douglas Shuttle Bus and Beep Beep Toot

  • Unless scheduled otherwise transfers are facilitated in our mini-bus
  • Child seats are compulsory on our transfers for children under the age of 7 years

  • Once we have confirmed you booking and you need to cancel or amend:

    Cancellations must be requested and received by phone call, booking enquiry form and or time and date stamped email:

    - Within 24 hours of travel or pick up time and date will result in a Void and Non-Refundable booking and full payment required

    - Beyond 24 hours of travel Amendment(s) Allowed one (1) date and or time change (price changes are applicable / excludes credit card fee(s) and or tour bookings).

    - Beyond 24 hours before travel cancellations receive refund less 15% to cover booking establishment fees.
