1. This form for private transfers between Cairns Airport and Port Douglas. Also Palm Cove <> Port Douglas, and Cairns Airport <> Palm Cove.
2. Cairns CBD/ Esplanade? Yes, see options in form.
3. T2 Domestic: Drivers meet you at the inside A/C seating area near baggage carousel 3 with your name on a sign.
4. T1 International: Driver meets you in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign.
5. We use white 2022 Hyundai iMax or white 2023 Kia Carnival for all 1-5 pax transfers. Larger groups use Toyota Hi Ace or 22 seater Coaster.
6. Limousine option: Black 2022 Mercedes Benz C200 series 1-2 pax, or Black 2022 Mercedes Benz Valente 1-5 pax.
7. Please book more than 24 hours before travel. If we have no availability we will not charge your card and instead advise options.

Vehicles: 2022 Hyundai iMax or 2023 Kia Carnival for 1-5 passenger transfers, and new black 2022 Mercedes-Benz Valente limo option for 1-5 pax. 6-13 passengers Toyota HiAce, with larger groups in 20-22 seater Toyota Coaster or Yutong D7, or our 53 seater luxury liner for large groups.

Oversize items? *
Strollers, prams and wheelchairs are oversize items which are carried at no charge.

Oversize are $20 each one way: golf bag, fishing gear, guitar, bike or bike bag, keyboard piano. Surfboards are only permitted on our private transfer service 6-13 pax or more.

Buy weekly local shuttle tickets here and save. Each ticket valid 1 week / 7 days. We will provide your weekly local shuttle voucher when you arrive at Cairns airport.
Do you need child seats? *
Child seats are available for 5-13 pax transfers but are not compulsory on Queensland buses 13 seats and over.

B = booster, FFR = front facing baby seat, RFR = rear facing baby seat. This ensures your seats are installed for your arrival, and departure. Passengers are welcome to bring their own child seat at no charge.

Cancellation Notice *
Cancellation of private transfer more than 24 hours before travel is $30 for one way private transfer, and $50 for return. Cancellation of any private transfer less than 24 hours before travel is $100 fee to cover the cost of the dedicated vehicle.
COVID-19 cancellations: We offer your choice: 100% credit for 12 months or refund less standard cancel fees. See details.

If we have no availability for your booking we will not charge your card and instead advise options.
